Website privacy notice

This notice covers the iNANCE website and early-access enquiries, not a live financial account. For privacy questions, contact inquiry@inance.io.

What you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, whether you represent yourself or a team, your country, your main interest, and an optional note. We also record your consent to follow up, a request reference, submission time, and email-delivery status. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, account details, or sensitive financial information.

How we use it

We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry and understand interest in iNANCE. Submitting the form does not open a financial account or subscribe you to marketing. We use your consent to contact you about the request, and process necessary technical information to operate and protect the website.

Service providers and locations

Hostinger hosts the website and Resend sends enquiry notifications to our inbox. Our email provider processes the resulting correspondence. Hosting, backups, and email processing may take place outside your country, including India, Malaysia, and Japan. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

Retention

Submission records in the active website service are automatically removed after 30 days. Email correspondence is retained while we handle your enquiry and any follow-up, or where required by law. Infrastructure backups and provider logs follow their separate retention schedules; deleting an active record does not immediately remove every backup copy.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, withdraw consent to further contact, or exercise other rights available under applicable law by emailing inquiry@inance.io. We may need to verify that the request is yours. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Website activity

The public website does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting and email providers may process technical data such as network addresses, timestamps, and delivery logs to operate their services and prevent abuse. The product demo uses sample data and does not move money.

Changes

We will update this notice when the website or the way we handle enquiries changes. Any future financial services will have separate terms and privacy information.
